We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Typically, we aim to ship out your order within 3 business days. However, during busy periods such as sales, promotions, or special events like new collection launches, it might take us a bit longer – up to 10 business days – to get your order processed and shipped.

After we've processed and shipped your order, the delivery time will vary depending on your location.
If your order status is marked as “delivered,” but you haven’t received it yet, please follow the steps below:
1-Ensure you provided us with the correct shipping address. If there was an error in the address provided at the time of ordering, it cannot be replaced or reshipped. A fee of $9.99 plus tax will be charged for a new shipment.
2-Ensure that your neighbours did not receive the package by mistake.
3-Wait a couple more days - sometimes Canada Post shows that your order is delivered but in reality, it might only be delivered 48 hours later.
4-If you’ve completed the above steps and still haven’t found your package, please write to us at [email protected].
